Position Summary
The Finance/ Admin/HR Assistant for Friends-International will be responsible to the Program Director for the overall financial/ HR and administrative running of the Teman Baik program in Banda Aceh. This is a permanent position.
Main Responsibilities
Implementation of Financial/Administrative policy and procedures in accordance with Finance Manual
Issue pre-authorized cash advances to staff, clearing disbursements with authentic receipts, otherwise unaccepted
Cash duties: Maintenance of cashbook, cash counts, recording, reconciliations.
Bank duties: Performing bank reconciliations, obtaining monthly bank statements
Prepare vouchers for expenditures for office expenses, to be approved by Program DirectorRecord all transactions in QuickBooks accounting program accurately and timely
Prepare monthly donor reports and financial statements
Monitor/maintain stock control sheets every month, stationary, donation, brochures, supplies of food, medical
Ensure all building, vehicles etc are insured
Implementation of FI HR policies and procedures in accordance with FI Internal Regulations
Prepare job profile, contracts, contract amendments, staff insurance, Payroll Report staff movements, changes to staff salaries
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance is a must
Knowledge: Finance & Administrative, accounting software packages. QuickBooks is a plus
Experiences: 2 years as Finance Assistant and HR Assistant for NGO is preferred.
Computer and office technology: MS Office, Excel, QuickBooks is a bonus, other key communication tools
Language: Bahasa and English
Skills: Communications, good time management skills and Organizational Skills
